• INITIAL CONSULTATION with new 12 month referral: $300 (Medicare Rebate $155.85) for >45 mins OR $220 (Medicare Rebate $88.40) for <45 mins.
•  SUBSEQUENT CONSULTATION: $120 (Medicare Rebate $44.45).
•  TELEHEALTH for subsequent consults only: $80 (Medicare rebate $44.45).
• COLPOSCOPY: $120 (Medicare rebate $65.50).

Office Gynaecology procedures under local anaesthetic:

• Colposcopy, Lletz, CO2 laser ablation, biopsies for HPV, CIN, VIN & warts.
• Endometrial sampling for thickening, hyperplasia, polyps, tamoxifen use & abnormal uterine bleeding.
• Tubal flushing for infertility.
• Vulval biopsies, cysts, LS, VIN.

Personal Gynaecology under local anaesthesia with nerve blocks:

• Labiaplasty.
• Perineal muscle repair or lower vaginal tightening.
• Hymen repairs.

Hospital procedures – no private surgical gap fee:

• Endometriosis: laparoscopic resection and excision, documentation of lesions, fertility assessment & pain management.
• Subfertility laparoscopy (non-IVF): ovarian drilling for PCOS, tubal adhesiolysis, fibroids & endometriosis.
• Uterine ablation.
• Tubal ligation or fallopian tubes removal for ovarian cancer risk reduction.
• Prolapse repair (non-mesh) and vaginal tightening (vaginoplasty).
