Make sure you visit a Specialist Gynaecologist.
A gynaecologist knows the anatomy inside out (literally), can avoid complications, and can check there are no other clinical issues.
Our specialist gynaecologists perform all cosmetic gynaecological procedures, and they are also qualified to do a full gynaecological check-up to make sure there are no underlying clinical concerns that need treatment at the same time.

What is Vaginal Tightening?
Vaginal tightening is a catch-all term describing various methods of treating vaginal laxity caused by childbirth and the ageing process.
The vagina has 3 components: the upper 1/3, the middle 1/3, and the opening 1/3. The symptoms of laxity are different depending on which component is involved.
It is important to note that there is a variation in the appearance of normal female genitalia, and there can be normal physiological changes over time.
A consultation with a gynaecologist will help you decide whether vaginal tightening may assist you, and if so which option is best.
Vaginal Tightening Treatment Options
Vaginal Vault Suspension and Vaginal Repair procedures are recognised by Medicare, so Medicare and private health insurance rebates are available for these procedures. Our surgeons perform these procedures regularly.
